Recreation New Brunswick: Phase I: New Brunswick Sport/Recreation Infrastructure Inventory as prelude to Phase II: Assessment and Gap Analysis and Phase III: Infrastructure Renewal Strategy Development.
Government of New Brunswick: Development of a comprehensive immigration strategy for the Province of New Brunswick based on creating a competitive advantage in domestic and international markets.
New Brunswick Regional Immigration Traction Pilot Project: Design and development of a 5 year multi-million dollar strategy for New Brunswick to identify, test and evaluate creative and innovative immigration capacity building solutions in the three New Brunswick urban economic regions and to share best practices with other Atlantic Canadian and Canadian small urban centres.
Enterprise Greater Moncton: Development of an immigration/internationalization strategy to expedite and enhance the Greater Moncton Region’s competitiveness in seeking, attracting, recruiting and retaining economic/business immigrants.
Enterprise Saint John: Development of an immigration/internationalization strategy to expedite and enhance the Greater Saint John Region’s competitiveness in seeking, attracting, recruiting and retaining economic/business immigrants.
Enterprise Fredericton: Development of an immigration/internationalization strategy to expedite and enhance the Greater Fredericton Region’s competitiveness in seeking, attracting, recruiting and retaining economic/business immigrants.
Global NB Stratagem: Feasibility study and international stratagem development to support integrated provincial and post secondary institutional efforts to strengthen New Brunswick capacity to compete internationally.
New Brunswick International Education Strategy: Development of an international education strategy and business execution model to guide collaborative market penetration and sustainable efforts by Government of New Brunswick and provincial universities, colleges, public education, private training companies, business and industry in high competitive and lucrative global markets.
International Student Recruitment Project: Facilitation of strategic planning efforts by the Management Committee for the International Student Recruitment Project, a collaborative project by New Brunswick’s 5 universities and the provincial Department of Education.
Canada Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade: European guest speaker/facilitator on international business development market opportunities for small-medium sized businesses.
Department of Tourism, Recreation and Heritage: A provincial study to facilitate ten provincial recreation organizations in identifying their needs and issues related to their future role, functions, services and growth. This study guided these organizations in the development of individual five-year master plans to facilitate the delivery of services to their members and developed a provincial policy and procedures for a leadership assistance program for recreation organizations.
