Fredericton Employment Region Office:Design, facilitation and preparation of the Fredericton Employment Region Office (TEDNB) Operational Plan, 2003-2006.

Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership (ACTP): Facilitation of the ACTP Senior Management Committee to draft the terms of ACTP Memorandums of Agreement, 2003-2006 and 2006-2009 with the Government of Canada.

Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership (ACTP): Overseas Marketing Program: Facilitation of the Overseas Marketing Programs directional planning for 2003-2006.

Canadian Ski Coaches Federation:A national strategic planning process designed to develop a strategic business model that would define success in the context of the business the CSCF wants to be in, how that success will be measured and what will be done to achieve it by the year 2000.

Ontario Ski Instructors Alliance: Design and facilitation of an organizational strategic planning process to expedite the CSIA (Ontario) delivery of provincial programs and services.

Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance: Design and facilitation of an organizational strategic planning process to expedite the Alliances delivery of national and international programs and services followed by a strategic plan implementation review workshop.

Consulting Advisory Services: Consulting advisory services for business clients referred by ACOA, community economic development agencies, etc. The range of consulting services provided relate to all aspects of small and medium sized business operations: strategic planning, organizational development, business growth strategies, human resource development, marketing, expanding into international markets, promotion/communications, sales, etc.

New Brunswick Trails Council Inc.:Comprehensive market analysis for the Senior NB Trail, development of an organizational business development plan and a Sentier NB Trail marketing plan.

Atlantic Sinfonia: Market research and business plan development for a 15 member Atlantic Chamber Orchestra to support sustainable market penetration and business operations.

Service New Brunswick: Analysis of current government service delivery, organization and operations and development of recommendations for a relevant service delivery management model that reflects current issues/challenges and anticipated future realities.

Cards Aqua: Corporate human resource planning assignment including human resource gap analysis, corporate restructuring, development of corporate position descriptions, human resource policies and procedures and a corporate performance management system.

Service New Brunswick: Design, development and execution of personal/professional interpersonal and team effectiveness skills training for employees at all levels of service delivery in Service New Brunswick.

CGI: Provision of the full range of human resource management services for CGI Atlantic Region including the coordination of the recruitment of information technology professionals.

Smart Force Mentoring Services Group: Development of a corporate training framework and strategies for all managers and employees based on an assessment of the corporate culture, values, strategic business plans, operations, client service requirements, etc.

New Brunswick Trails Council Inc.: Comprehensive market analysis for the Sentier NB Trail, development of an organizational business development plan and a Sentier NB Trail marketing plan.

Economic Development and Tourism: Conduct of a tourism customer analysis study for the New Brunswick Appalachian Range in concert with The ARA Consulting Group Inc., Thomson Environmental Management, Daniel K. Glenn Ltd. and the University of New Brunswick Applied Statistics Centre.

Private Client: Design of a market entry plan for New England including market research, identification of potential clients, competitors, etc.

Private Client: Export market consultative services including market research and assessment, preparation of an international market entry plan for Mexico and New England and follow up market support services.

Private Client: A market study for a proposed log constructed furnishing/accessories business.

Private Client: A market study for a proposed outfitting business on the Miramichi River.

Don Sayers & Associates: Design and development of an online course in occupational safety, health and environmental processes Due Diligence as a key component of a university certificate course to be delivered electronically to students around the world.

Atlantic Aboriginal Economic Developers Network: Design, development and delivery of Counseling New Entrepreneurs training for Aboriginal Economic Development Officers from throughout Atlantic Canada.

Greater Fredericton Economic Development Corporation: Design, development and delivery of a 3 day Entrepreneurship workshop for new entrepreneurs, Self Employment Benefit Program clients and Young Entrepreneurs.

ACOA/JEDI: Design, development and delivery of Counseling New Entrepreneurs training for Aboriginal Economic Development Officers.

SmartForce Mentoring Services Group: Development of a corporate training framework and strategies for all managers and employees based on an assessment of the corporate culture, values, strategic business plans, operations, client service requirements, etc.

Fredericton Native Friendship Centre: Design, development and delivery of a 3 day Entrepreneurship workshop for New Brunswick aboriginals.

Skills for You Inc.: Instructional design, development and learner support of web-deployed, bilingual courseware for a corporate e-learning solution provider.

New Brunswick Training Group Inc.: Delivery of numerous single and multi day workshops/seminars including Expanding Your Market, Starting Your Own Business, Successful Selling Skills, Marketing on the Internet and Learning Online, for the business community throughout New Brunswick.

Greater Fredericton Economic Development Corporation: Design, development, marketing and implementation of introductory and advanced entrepreneurial/business management skills training programs delivered throughout the Greater Fredericton region.

Atlantic Canada Tourism Grading: Design, development and production of the Canada Select Rating Advisor's training curricula, training materials including the trainees’ manual and trainers guide for instructor mediated and self-study. This training product was based on national training standards and the project included development of a certification model for new Rating Advisors, Rating Advisor supervisors and Rating Advisor examiners.

New Brunswick Parks and Recreation Federation: Design and facilitation of a marketing seminar including the core components of situational analysis, marketing objectives and strategies, marketing management and evaluation, programming and packaging, advertising and pricing.

New Brunswick Tourism Grading Inc.: Development and delivery of Customer Service Excellence train-the-trainer training for potential Customer Service Excellence trainers. This assignment also included performance assessments for potential trainers.

IBM Trinidad: Design, development and delivery of management skills training for IBM Trinidad's external Caribbean and South American clients.

Greater Fredericton Economic Development Corporation: Design, development and implementation of a web-deployed entrepreneurial skills training courseware product.

Internet Training and Technical Support: Delivery of technical support services and introductory and advanced Internet and HTML training for over 300 clients from the public and private sectors.

Department of Transportation: Provision of training and application support services for select departmental senior staff to effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Project to manage departmental engineering projects. This Project included integration of a departmental project template.

New Brunswick Tourism Grading Inc.: Design and curriculum development of the bilingual Customer Service Excellence professional development seminar on communication skills with the customer.

NB Department of Education: Design, development and implementation of a professional development training program delivered across the TeleEducation network to province wide educators focusing on Students in At-Risk Situations. Project involved curriculum design and development integrating audio graphic technologies and other media such as print, video, etc., design and development of all multimedia courseware materials and train-the-trainer training for Department of Education facilitators.

Province of New Brunswick: Introductory Internet and World Wide Web seminars for senior managers of the Province of New Brunswick.

Health and Welfare Canada, Prince Edward Island: Development and delivery of management and employee training programs specific to the clients' particular training needs and requirements.

Atlantic Canada Provinces (NB, NS, PEI, NFLD/Labrador): Development of a multimedia tourism product knowledge-training program titled Atlantic Canada KaleidEscape for tourism visitor information centre staff. This program was based on national tourism standards and involved all creative work, curriculum and content development, production of print and slide trainee and trainer manuals on accompanying instructional video.

Chrysler Canada: Delivery of the Chrysler Customer One North American educational initiative.
